An autumn road trip to the Berkshires was one momentous journey to remember. As we greet autumn, I reminisce back on this drive witnessing the changes in season as the leaves gradually turn into shades of yellow, red and orange. Temperatures cool and it’s as if you haven’t felt so refreshed in a while if it weren’t for that breeze through your hair and against your face.
Autumn means more than just a change out of summer. In a symbolic sense, autumn can mean several things. It can be about letting go as leaves fall, having a balanced mindset as day and night are the same length of time in the autumnal equinox. It can also be about preservation and protection moving into colder times.
The jaw-dropping views throughout the car ride alongside quality bonding time and conversations was one perfect way to ring in the end of the year.
Pumpkin spice and everything nice.
